Overview

SRI is seeking a dedicated professional to provide critical support services to the Navy's Fleet and Family Support Programs (FFSPs).

Mission and Goals

The primary mission of each FFSP is to assist commands in achieving operational readiness, superior performance, member retention, and a quality of life for military personnel and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee global staffing to augment existing FFSP and personnel.
  • Manage the delivery of FFSP services including information and referral, counseling, advocacy, and crisis response.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop effective service delivery methods and adjust as needed.
  • Coordinate with FFSP leadership to ensure service delivery aligns with the Navy's mission.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of professionals providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Ensure all team members are trained and compliant with CNIC and FFSP standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in a military or government setting.
  • Strong knowledge of military family support programs and services.
