Job Description
Basic Job Responsibilities:

Evaluate the daily status of hotel occupancy and coordinate with departments such as reservations, sales, and housekeeping to ensure guest satisfaction.
Manage and greet guests, monitor and resolve requests.
Perform check-in/out of guests using the Opera system.
Welcome guests, answer inquiries, and handle incoming calls.
Prepare occupancy and guest reports.
Maintain group and individual arrival reports daily.
Inform guests of hotel rates and services, and create/cancel/confirm reservations.
Check and manage room allocation.
Ensure compliance with key control policies and manage safe deposit boxes for guests.
Coordinate with the concierge to assist guests with services.
Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures.
Evaluate credit limit reports daily and manage room availability efficiently.

Qualifications
Job Qualifications:

Pleasant personality with a good appearance.
Service- and guest-oriented.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
Knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
Experience with Opera system is a plus.
Physical ability to stand for 8 hours daily.
Ability to work on a shift basis.
