Head of Product – B2 B (ARABIC SPEAKING)At the heart of Property Finder's mission is the drive to build products that deliver exceptional value to our clients and the broader market. As Head of Product – B2 B, you will take the lead in designing and delivering innovative technical solutions that empower our clients, enhance market efficiency, and unlock new commercial opportunities. Your work will play a critical role in enabling our clients to achieve their goals while positioning Property Finder as a trusted and indispensable partner. This is a unique opportunity to define a visionary product strategy for technical products that support our clients' operational and business success, foster deeper engagement, and create pathways for scalable monetization. Your leadership will be instrumental in developing solutions that align with Property Finder's strategic objectives while addressing the evolving needs of the market. Key Responsibilities Strategic Vision and Roadmapping: Develop and execute a forward-looking product vision and roadmap for B2 B solutions, ensuring alignment with Property Finder's strategic goals and anticipating the technical needs of the market. Client-Centric Innovation: Lead initiatives to build products that empower clients to manage their businesses more effectively, deliver better results, and enhance their market presence. Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with design, engineering, analytics, sales, and customer success teams to deliver impactful technical solutions that address real-world challenges faced by clients. Product Accountability: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of technical B2 B products, ensuring their relevance, reliability, and scalability to meet client and market needs. Market Efficiency: Build solutions that improve transparency, operational efficiency, and connectivity across the real estate ecosystem. Objective Setting and Execution: Partner with the VP to establish clear OKRs and translate them into actionable, measurable goals for the B2 B product team. Quality Assurance and Release Management: Ensure the excellence of technical product releases, managing testing, client enablement, and alignment across internal teams. Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead go-to-market strategies for technical products, collaborating with Product Ops, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to drive adoption and deliver measurable outcomes. Innovation and Scalability: Implement innovative practices to improve development efficiency, scalability, and long-term product sustainability. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize client feedback, performance data, and experimentation to guide product enhancements and optimize features for maximum value. Leadership and Development: Foster a high-performing team by instilling Property Finder's leadership principles, driving a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning. Technical Product Expertise: Strong ability to conceptualize and deliver complex technical solutions that meet client and market needs while ensuring reliability and scalability. Client Insight & Market Understanding: Deep understanding of client pain points, industry dynamics, and the ability to design products that drive measurable value and competitive advantage. Strategic Impact: Demonstrated experience contributing to company strategy by aligning technical product investments with broader business goals and delivering impactful results. Product Execution & Delivery: Expertise in managing the development and delivery of technical products, navigating complex trade-offs to deliver optimal solutions efficiently. Data Fluency: Proficient in leveraging data, experimentation, and analytics to guide decision-making, identify opportunities, and validate product impact. User Experience in Technical Products: Promote seamless, user-friendly experiences within technical platforms by fostering collaboration between product and design teams. Influencing & Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships across the organization, ensuring alignment, buy-in, and advocacy for technical B2 B initiatives. Team Leadership & Development: Develop the careers of team members by creating clear growth plans and ensuring their work aligns with organizational priorities and executive support.
