This role involves identifying opportunities for leveraging technology to improve efficiency, enhance customer experience, and drive innovation across various business functions. The job holder must collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that enable the organization to adapt to changing market dynamics and remain competitive. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESDevelop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with Gulf Air Group's goals and objectives. Identify key areas for digital innovation and prioritize initiatives based on their potential impact. Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new digital processes and technologies. Provide guidance and support to employees as they transition to new ways of working. Work closely with various departments and business units to understand their unique challenges and requirements. Collaborate with TDS and other divisions to develop integrated digital solutions. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in digital transformation. Evaluate potential solutions and vendors to determine their suitability for the organization's needs. Manage the execution of digital transformation projects from inception to completion. Define project scope, objectives, and timelines. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Leverage data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives and identify areas for improvement. Use data insights to drive decision-making and optimize processes. Develop training programs to build digital capabilities within the organization. Equip employees with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in a digital environment. Establish KPIs and metrics to track the performance of digital transformation efforts. Regularly report on progress to senior management and stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLSMinimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum Experience: 4+ years of experience in leading digital transformation initiatives within large organizations.
