KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESDevelop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with Gulf Air Group's goals and objectives. Identify key areas for digital innovation and prioritize initiatives based on their potential impact. Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new digital processes and technologies. Provide guidance and support to employees as they transition to new ways of working. Work closely with various departments and business units to understand their unique challenges and requirements. Collaborate with TDS and other divisions to develop integrated digital solutions. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in digital transformation. Evaluate potential solutions and vendors to determine their suitability for the organization's needs. Manage the execution of digital transformation projects from inception to completion. Define project scope, objectives, and timelines. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Leverage data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
