GF1651 - SENIOR ANALYST – IDENTITY & ACCESS MANAGEMENTCompany Gulf Air Group Division Information Technology Location Department Information Technology Closing Date28-Apr-2025 Job Responsibilities Manage and maintain the organization's Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems to ensure secure and seamless user access. Implement and monitor Privilege Access Management (PAM) solutions using tools like Cyber Ark, Wallix, or Beyond Trust. Develop and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance and industry best practices. Conduct periodic reviews of user access rights and privileges to uphold least privilege principles. Design and deploy automated IAM processes, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC). Develop automation solutions using Python, Bash, Power Shell, and Excel Automation to streamline IAM operations. Utilize UI automation tools like Power Automate to improve user onboarding and access workflows. Perform regular audits of IAM configurations to identify vulnerabilities and enhance security. Optimize IAM operations across AWS, Azure, and Oracle Cloud platforms, ensuring security and efficiency. Integrate IAM solutions with applications, cloud platforms, and third-party systems for better identity governance. Monitor and respond to IAM incidents, troubleshoot access issues, and implement remediation strategies. Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and business teams to define IAM requirements and roles. Support the deployment and management of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions. Stay updated on IAM trends, tools, and technologies, providing recommendations for improvements. Prepare reports on IAM metrics, compliance, and project status for management review. Skills & Technologies Required IAM systems with tools such as Okta, Sail Point, Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra. PAM solutions like Cyber Ark, Wallix, Beyond Trust. Directory services including Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP. Access control methods such as RBAC and ABAC. Authentication and authorization solutions including MFA, SSO, OAuth, SAML, Open ID Connect. Cloud security integration with AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud, including automation. Automation scripting with Python, Power Shell, Bash, Excel Automation. UI automation with Power Automate. IAM monitoring and reporting tools like Splunk or Microsoft Sentinel. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
