About this Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Analyst – Identity, where you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our organization's Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.

You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring Privilege Access Management (PAM) solutions, developing and enforcing IAM policies, conducting regular reviews of user access rights and privileges, and designing and deploying automated IAM processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain IAM systems to ensure secure user access
  • Implement and monitor PAM solutions using tools like Cyber Ark, Wallix, or Beyond Trust
  • Develop and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and industry best practices
  • Conduct periodic reviews of user access rights and privileges to uphold least privilege principles
  • Design and deploy automated IAM processes, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC)
  • Develop automation solutions using Python, Bash, Power Shell, and Excel Automation to streamline IAM operations
  • Utilize UI automation tools like Power Automate to improve user onboarding and access workflows
  • Perform regular audits of IAM configurations to identify vulnerabilities and enhance security
  • Optimize IAM operations across AWS, Azure, and Oracle Cloud platforms, ensuring security and efficiency
  • Integrate IAM solutions with applications, cloud platforms, and third-party systems for better identity governance
  • Monitor and respond to IAM incidents, troubleshoot access issues, and implement remediation strategies
  • Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and business teams to define IAM requirements and roles
  • Support the deployment and management of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions
  • Stay updated on IAM trends, tools, and technologies, providing recommendations for improvements
  • Prepare reports on IAM metrics, compliance, and project status for management review
