Perform organizational studies such as restructuring, creating, adding, deleting, or retitling organizations and positions in order to meet the manpower requirements. Review, update, and draft job descriptions for all positions. Conduct job evaluation studies to ensure the right distribution of responsibilities and grading methodology. Implement workload analysis while adding positions to meet the exact manpower requirements. Measure the effectiveness and success of the organizational studies to maintain and improve the manpower services. Draw organizational charts while restructuring or amending any position or organization. Ensure that all organizational charts and job descriptions are approved, updated, and maintained as hard copies and soft copies. Review and amend job descriptions to standardize within the Group. Ensure that job evaluation practices align with industry standards and organizational objectives. Collaborate with department heads to understand the specific needs and nuances of various roles.
