Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Manama for a Senior Real Estate Sales Agent. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing real estate transactions, identifying new sales opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with all relevant real estate regulations.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to discuss their needs and preferences
  • Conduct property showings and provide detailed property information
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transaction processes
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in real estate sales and a valid real estate license
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and industry best practices
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High ethical standards and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with property valuation techniques is an asset
  • A relevant educational background, such as a degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
