Main Responsibilities- Lead product lifecycle management by setting priorities and goals, collaborating with engineering leads on product development, and aligning with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
- Develop and coach the team, establish KPIs, and report on project status, driving continuous improvement and execution excellence.
- Support sales efforts through customer feedback and meetings, contributing to strategies for high-performing teams.
- Experience in product management within open source and cloud native domains, managing software operations for large-scale distributed systems.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and enterprise security/compliance, with leadership skills and technical expertise.
- Excellent communication skills in English, willingness to travel up to 4 times/year, and a passion for technology and developer marketing.
- Remote work with biannual in-person sprints, a learning and development budget of USD 2,000/year, and annual compensation review.
