Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Receptionist to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Front Office. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Receptionists to deliver exceptional service. Guest Experience: Oversee all aspects of the guest experience, from check-in to check-out, ensuring seamless and memorable interactions. Operations Management: Manage daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory control. Sales Support: Collaborate with the Sales team to generate group bookings and increase revenue. Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the Reception team. Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally. Qualifications: Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., reservation systems, POS).
