Serve as a Technical Expert and Lead Engineer Responsible for all NAVCENT/C5 F/MOC/CMF systems, including SIPRNET, NIPRNET, SCI LANs, CENTRIXS, BICES, JWICS, DCGS-N, FMV, GCCS-J Family of Systems (Fo S), GCCS-M, and others. Responsibilities Act as technical expert and lead engineer for all NAVCENT/C5 F/MOC/CMF systems. Support technologies including Microsoft, Cisco, VMWare, Solaris, and network security architectures. Design and oversee implementation of NAVCENT core technologies. Manage cybersecurity posture and system architectures for NAVCENT C4 I systems. Participate outside of normal hours for meetings, troubleshooting, and system upgrades. Qualifications Education and Certification: BS in Information Technology or related field, or 7+ years of technical experience. Certification as IAT-III is required; additional certifications like CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, or GCIH are preferred. Experience: 7+ years with Navy or Do D Networks (SIPRNET, NIPRNET, SCI) and C4 I Systems (CENTRIXS, BICES, JWICS, DCGS-N, FMV, GCCS-J Fo S, GCCS-M, others). Experience with Coalition Partner Network (CPN-X) and C2 Systems Administration. Clearance: TS/SCI clearance required. Skills: Expertise in NAVCENT/C5 F/MOC/CMF systems, fleet communications, cybersecurity, and secure architecture planning. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to train others. Ability to interact with senior Navy/DOD officials and technical personnel.
