We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Marketing Lead to enhance our brand's presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, innovations, and target audience preferences in Bahrain and the GCC region.
  2. Develop and implement innovative content strategies across various formats, including written, visual, and video content.
  3. Create high-quality content that aligns with SEO best practices, such as social media captions and posts tailored to the beauty and medical sectors, video scripts for promoting services and products, and website copy.
  4. Edit and proofread all content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
  5. Collaborate with designers, photographers, and the marketing team to produce engaging and visually appealing campaigns.
  6. Analyze audience needs and propose fresh content topics to address them effectively.
  7. Stay up-to-date on the latest content, marketing trends, tools, and social media platform algorithms.
Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing cosmetics & aesthetic services & products, with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
Social Media Skills:

Proficient in managing and growing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) with a solid grasp of social media analytics and best practices.

Creativity:

A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, capable of designing engaging and visually appealing content.

Campaign Management:

Demonstrated success in developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels.

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends, track campaign performance, and generate actionable insights.

Collaboration:

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and achieve business goals.

Tools Proficiency:

Familiarity with marketing tools and analytics.

Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing & content creation within the medical or beauty industries.
  • Proven ability to create content that resonates with audiences and drives engagement.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, and SEO tools.
  • A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
  • Experience working in the GCC market is preferred.
  • Medical background and previous experience in marketing in a multinational dermatology or cosmetic clinic or company are mandatory.
  • Social media and digital marketing knowledge (media buying and campaign analysis) are preferable.
  • 3 years of experience in the same position is preferable.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in market research and sales.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategy to develop and achieve strategic goals.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
