The Graphic Designer is responsible for the visuals' layouts, artworks, and printings of the group, ensuring premium quality. They will also be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities to develop and maintain awareness of the brand and drive traffic to the stores. Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Design all print media for the store, in coordination with the Management teams and assigned suppliers, following the relevant set guidelines and high standards of graphics and designs. Carry out field visits, as scheduled and assigned, to company outlets for determining their print, layouts, and/or display needs. Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and artistic design concepts while following up on their proper execution, making sure they are in line with the promotions. Communicate internally and externally with concerned parties to determine layout designs and implementation procedures. Stay up to date with the latest graphic design software and techniques to accordingly recommend tools that can be efficiently applied in the company. Analyze market trends and consumer needs and incorporate them into the concept process. Bargain and finalize better deals with all concerned key media partners. Support sales and marketing programs by managing the development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials. Maintain strong relationships with key media partners, stores, and external parties to maximize marketing and advertising opportunities. Stay up to date with market and online trends relevant to the brand to ensure campaigns and promotions are relevant within each market. Negotiate and monitor vendor terms to ensure marketing expenses are in line with budget. Manage the online channels across website, social networks, etc. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design Knowledge of product design, as we are trying to improve the UI/UX of each of them. Some of the software the candidate should know are: Photoshop Auto CADBlender or Keyshot Solid Works or Fusion 360 Sketch or Figma Along with: Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills Portfolio of work Professional Arabic knowledge is a must.
