Job Brief The incumbent is accountable to train customers on the products and provide application technical support (Non-Engineering). Participate in the development of Histopathology & Cytology unit strategies for Zahrawi KSA and to support the sales team. ACCOUNTABILITIESAdhere to all Zahrawi Policies & Procedures as applicable. Market Knowledge: Conduct market research to identify new potential customers. Analyze market trends to identify new products in the market and understand their advantages and disadvantages. Plan and assist with new product releases and events. Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies. Business Development: Conduct scientific discussions with end users to identify new requirements and opportunities. Update and educate end users on new products and possibilities. Match and fill the Project Specification sheets and requirements. Prepare and suggest consumables lists by studying the needs of each customer to promote reagents and consumables sales. Attend customer calls regarding supply and inform the sales team. Coordinate conferences and materials. Conduct workshops and provide application training. Complete the validation process of every product in HCU. Assist customers with the equipment being used. Run validation tests with customers to ensure they fully understand how to use the equipment. Solve any issues that customers might face while using the equipment. Support the sales team in handling projects in terms of specifications and technical comparison discussions with end users. Coordinate with the sales team to gather information about competition and provide scientific argumentation. Assist sales teams during technical discussions. Prepare training certificates for customer training attendees. Service Team Coordination: Coordinate with service engineers for installations, PMs, and rectifications and plan trainings accordingly. Communication with Principal Companies: Communicate with principals on technical information. Address customer queries that cannot be resolved internally. Stay updated with the latest training schedules and materials. Attend relevant webinars conducted by principals. Transfer new technical information received from principals to all concerned persons, especially regarding software updates or instrument compatibility issues. REQUIREMENTSEducation: Bachelor's Degree - science majors preferred in Medical Laboratory. Experience: 2+ years of experience (preferred experience as a lab technician in Histopathology). Ability to demonstrate equipment capabilities & perform troubleshooting. Job Specific Skills: Excellent Interpersonal Skills & Good English – Strong presentation skills. Additional Details: Saudi National. Candidate should be based in Khobar/Dammam. Must have a valid KSA driving license. Willingness to travel as per business needs while covering Eastern & Central areas in KSA.
