Job Overview:
A Tender Specialist responsible for preparing tenders and bid documents, developing bid strategies, maintaining vendor relationships, coordinating approvals, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:
 Prepare tenders, standardized tender templates, and bid documents

 Develop bid and tender strategies and coordinate approvals

 Maintain a list of qualified vendors for future tenders

 Compile information to create comprehensive tender proposals

 Monitor deadlines and evaluate bids

 Communicate with tender issuer, with respect to Tender requirements and Tender status

 Creating and formatting bid documents, including pricing schedules, technical specifications, and other required documentation.

 Preparation and reviewing of Tender Documentation, such as Instructions to Bidders, Contract Form, General Terms Conditions, Bid Forms, etc.

 Maintain procurement documentation and tender files

 Prepare tender status reports and timelines

 Follow through on successful acquisitions to completion

 Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in regulations that may impact the tender process.

 Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or equivalent

 Experience in tender processes such as RFI's, RFQ's, and RFP's

 Strong procurement contracting skills

 Knowledge of local business practices and legal processes

 Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

 Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic

Pay: BD500.000 - BD600.000 per month
