**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Business Development & Growth Manager responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase the revenue and profitability of a company. The Business Development & Growth Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies laid out by the leadership team to increase revenue and profitability. To effectively perform their job, they must possess a range of skills.

**Qualifications**:
You will be:

- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, target markets, and customer needs.
- Analyzing financial data to evaluate the company's current performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products, services, or processes.
- Identifying and pursuing potential business partnerships, mergers, or acquisitions.
- Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
- Developing and managing budgets and forecasts.
- Creating and presenting reports to senior management on business performance and growth opportunities.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
