Receptionist (Bahraini Female Candidates Only)

Education - Secondary School or Diploma.
- Answer telephone calls, screen & take messages & relaying it to the concerned person.
- Receiving visitors & informing the concerned person.
- Updating the Telephone contact list
- Scanning & Binding Documents.
- Sending fax to customers and data entry in excel sheet when required.
- Preparing monthly summary of Telephone, Electrical and Mobile Bills.
- Maintaining weekly employee movement register.
- Dispatching / Receiving of post & couriers.
- Managing the company driver’s schedule.
- Keeping Stationary stock & preparing monthly order list.
- Booking the conference Room & organizing the Meeting accordingly.
