**Job Description** VAM Systems **is currently looking for** Helpdesk Specialist **for our** Bahrain **operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:
**Experience**
- Minimum 2 years progressive experience in in helpdesk or technical support.

**Educational Qualification & Certifications**:

- Must have Diploma degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Certification in A+, MOUS, Network+, or MCDST (Preferable).

**Required Skills**:

- Good communication skills.
- Must be Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing) and preferably Arabic
