**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meet KPI’s / targets as assigned by the management for the financial year
- Create and enhance long-term business relationships with customers.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Conduct in-house and external medical camps / corporate drives
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics to optimize marketing performance
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Promote various packages to ensure customer satisfaction and profitable revenues.
- Work towards maximizing market share, business growth and potential opportunities.
- Maintain updated data on customers and market details
- Exploring and developing business opportunities
- Establish effective rapport with physicians, insurances and healthcare facilities
- Generate regular performance reports
- Accomplish additional assigned duties and tasks requested by the management.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications, or related field
- Not less than 3 years of marketing experience in healthcare
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
