**Position**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Contribute to the production and delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within defined timeframes.
- Manage a full range of current bids to ensure each bid is optimised and delivered to the highest standards.
- Have experience with storyboarding written content to ensure client requirements are met and added value is presented clearly.
- Coordinate bid-related activities and timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Ensure proposal documents follow corporate branding guidelines, standard formatting and quality standards.
- Edit and proof-read submission documents to ensure accuracy and bid compliance.
- Assist with uploading submissions and other bid administration tasks, such as populating CRM information.
- Champion document management and version control best practices.
- Assist with the maintenance and continuous development of the bid library, databases and bid related tools, such as through improving CVs and Project Experience.
- Lead the completion of client portal and pre-qualification requirements, maintaining up to date company information so that registrations are successfully retained.
- Assist and/or lead bid kick off meetings with bid team and technical team members.
- Liaise with the internal marketing team to highlight and produce new content which could be used in the production of project news or social media content.
- Understand how the company and team operate, incorporating this information within future bids.
**Requirements**:
**Essential**
- Proven ability in planning, producing and delivering compliant proposal documents within a complex business environment
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in writing PQQ and Tender responses for Construction or Civil Engineering projects.
- Experience within an engineering consultancy.
- Experienced in attending proposal kick-off meetings, participating in and leading storyboarding sessions.
- Ability to function effectively in a small team with individual responsibilities and collective goals.
- Proficient communicator.
- Good level of IT literacy.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Extremely organised and ability to efficiently multitask.
- Strong written English skills.
- Track record of successfully delivering winning bids.
- Strong motivation and work ethic.
Preferable (not Essential)
- APMP Certification is preferred (CF APMP or CP APMP).
- Experience with producing bid graphics.
- Experience with using MS Projects and developing project schedules.
- Experience with preparing bids for marine & coastal, structural, geotechnical engineering consultancy services.
- Experience with working on bids in the UK, Ireland and Middle East.
