Mechanical Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision**: Lead and supervise a team of mechanical technicians and engineers in the maintenance, inspection, and repair of equipment and infrastructure within the gas distribution network.
- **Maintenance Management**: Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance and reliability of mechanical systems.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all activities comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Conduct regular safety audits and enforce best practices.
- **Problem-Solving**: Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, providing solutions to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
- **Project Coordination**: Coordinate with project managers and engineers to support the installation, commissioning, and modification of mechanical systems.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and maintain detailed reports on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and safety incidents. Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- **Training**: Provide training and guidance to team members on mechanical systems, safety procedures, and best practices.

**Must have experience in Oil & Gas and specialized in Gas Distribution Network**
