Key Account Executive

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within organization work scope and within budget.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Following up on the upcoming deadlines for the running projects assignments and emphasize the importance of meeting the deadlines.
- Measure & compare projects metrics.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets in order to achieve project objectives.
- Provides coverage and performs duties and/or functions whenever Operations Supervisor is scheduled off, on vacation.
- Conduct surveys to determine current or future client needs and requirements.
- Monitor the performance of project personnel to identify areas that require improvement.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or in other similar discipline.
- Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives.
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: BD400.000 per month
