Job description
The position of Sales executive position consists of timely response to different stakeholders like customers and
internal stakeholders. Responsible for site measurement pick up, authorizing and negotiating sales quotations and job
orders. Further, schedule meetings, follow up and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibility
- Knowledge of metals and their properties
- Prepares metal fabrication quotations by analyzing site measurement reports along with photos
- Requests for Quote requirements, technical drawings and associated specification
- Meet up customer at site, understand customer requirements and pick up measurement.
- Prepare site measurement reports along with photos.
- Process project data and documents to CRM and notify sales coordinator.
- Prepare cost sheet and communicate to sales coordinator.
- Negotiate project price with customer and obtain approval.
- Communicate project responsibility and milestones with customer.
- Collect payment from customer.
- Authorize sales quotations and project job orders.
- Resolve customer complains.
- Comply with project closing deadline.
- Schedule meeting with different stakeholders.
- Sign off project check list.
- Annual appraisal of employees.
