Human Resources Generalist

**Roles and Responsibilities:
- 1**
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
- Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
- Addressing an employment relations issues, such as work complaints internally or in ministry of labor.
- Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval on all the internal forms.
- Processing hiring, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks.
- Preparing government reports (Statement of Bahrainisation) as to remain in compliance.
- Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the H.R system.
- Answering payroll questions.
- Facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors.
- Participating in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions, reconciling benefits statements.
- preparing the company forms such as (Pay slips, Salary Certificate, Continuation of salary Transfer, etc.
- Maintaining current HR files and databases.
- Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records.
- Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
- Performing payroll/benefit-related reconciliations.
- Performing payroll and benefits audits and recommending any correction action.
- Completing termination paperwork.
- Process all types of visas including employment visas, residence visas for employees and employee family.
- Preparing all the required document and forms for the LMRA such as work visa, family visa, visa termination, run away, local of mobility, mobility intention notice, overstay after termination, etc.
- Complete departure and exit formalities for employees after cancellation of visas.
- Managing Tamkeen portal for the registered employees in wage support program and submitting the Wage Support Payments.
Managing Gosi portal for the employees (Bahraini & Non-Bahrain)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: BD1.000 - BD2.000 per month
