**Job Title**: Chocolate Commis Chef

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and production of high-quality chocolate products, including truffles, pralines, and other confections.
- Support the senior pastry chef in the creation of new chocolate recipes and menu items.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the chocolate production area.
- Maintain proper inventory levels of chocolate ingredients and supplies.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a commis chef, preferably in a chocolate or pastry-focused kitchen.
- Strong passion for chocolate and a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of chocolate tempering techniques and various chocolate production methods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- A culinary diploma or relevant certification is a plus.
