**Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities**

**Property Management**
- Properties management
- Implementation of HHP leasing policy and procedures
- Development and business Improvement
- Income Budget, targets and Optimize tenant occupancy level
- Manage New leasing negotiations for the best rates, Liaising with leasing agents, fees negotiations, Leasing renewals, Leasing terminations, Discounts negotiations and lease agreements issuance.
- Follow up payment collection, legal actions recommendations and arrears.
- Follow up legal cases and liaising with lawyers and management. Recommend lease agreement review as required Submit regular formal reporting showing tenant analysis and recommendations
- Manage tenants relations, communications and customer services
- Market researches and field news, rent values, reports. Activities management and marketing campaigns. Web pages and social media management.
- Manage staff payroll, schedules, training and general HR management
- Follow up and implement Government procedures related to the leasing and clearance
- Manage keeping records and office admin, filing, and system update.

**إدارة الممتلكات**
- إدارة الممتلكات
- تنفيذ سياسة وإجراءات تأجير HHP
- التطوير وتحسين الأعمال
- الميزانية المستهدفة للإيرادات، وتحقيق أهداف الشغل الأمثل لمستوى إشغال المستأجرين
- إدارة مفاوضات التأجير الجديدة للحصول على أفضل الأسعار، التنسيق مع وكلاء التأجير، التفاوض على الرسوم، تجديدات التأجير، إنهاء عقود الإيجار، التفاوض على الخصومات وإصدار عقود الإيجار
- متابعة جمع المدفوعات، التوصيات بالإجراءات القانونية والمستحقات
- متابعة القضايا القانونية والتنسيق مع المحامين والإدارة. التوصية بمراجعة عقود الإيجار حسب الحاجة. تقديم تقارير رسمية منتظمة تحتوي على تحليل المستأجرين والتوصيات
- إدارة علاقات المستأجرين، التواصل وخدمات العملاء
- البحث في السوق والأخبار الميدانية، قيم الإيجار، التقارير. إدارة الأنشطة والحملات التسويقية. إدارة الصفحات الإلكترونية ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي
- إدارة رواتب الموظفين، الجداول الزمنية، التدريب والإدارة العامة للموارد البشرية
- متابعة وتنفيذ الإجراءات الحكومية المتعلقة بالتأجير والتخليص
- إدارة حفظ السجلات والإدارة المكتبية، الأرشفة، وتحديث النظام
