**We are hiring on behalf of our client in Bahrain for an experienced Pantry Cook.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Pizza Preparation**: Prepare a variety of pizzas from scratch, including dough preparation, accurate portioning of toppings, and ensuring consistent baking quality. Maintain flavor profiles, texture, and presentation standards, while experimenting with new recipes to enhance menu offerings.
- **Dessert Crafting**: Create a range of delectable desserts, ensuring precise measurements and adherence to recipes. Decorate desserts to meet aesthetic standards and contribute ideas for seasonal or innovative dessert options to delight customers.
- **Salad Preparation**: Prepare fresh, flavorful salads using high-quality ingredients, ensuring balance in flavors and textures. Pay attention to detail in presentation and portion sizes while maintaining the restaurant's standards.
- **Fried Items Preparation**: Prepare fried items with precision, ensuring the desired texture, taste, and appearance. Monitor oil quality, follow safe handling practices, and maintain consistency in all fried dishes.
- **Ingredient Handling**: Work with fresh ingredients daily, ensuring proper storage, preparation, and rotation to maintain the highest quality and food safety standards.
- **Kitchen Coordination**: Collaborate with the head chef and sous chef to maintain smooth kitchen operations and timely preparation during peak service hours. Assist in ensuring that all dishes meet the restaurant’s quality standards before service.
- **Stock Management**: Monitor pantry inventory, minimize food waste, and communicate supply requirements to the management team.
- **Adaptability**: Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, handling multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of quality and consistency in all dishes prepared.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Pantry Cook in a professional restaurant setting.
- Advanced skills in preparing pizzas, crafting desserts, and preparing salads and fried dishes.
- Strong knowledge of ingredient handling, food safety, and maintaining consistency in recipes.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with kitchen staff.
