As a swimming coach, this role provides vital support to lead coaches in the day-to-day operations of our swimming programs. Responsibilities include assisting in the execution of lesson plans, ensuring a positive learning environment, and observing participants or clients to identify individual needs. Collaboration with the coaching team is crucial to sharing insights, learning best practices, and contributing to the overall improvement of coaching techniques. Effective communication with participants and their guardians/parents, adherence to safety protocols, and active participation in administrative tasks are key aspects of this role. The Coach also engages in ongoing skill development, participating in training sessions to enhance coaching abilities and contribute effectively to the coaching team.

Pay: BD500.000 - BD700.000 per month
