2. Maintain awareness of guest profile through IDS guest profile system
3. Ensure that the guest luggage is carried from arrival point to room and from room to departure point on check out
4. Handle all messages, mail and packages for guests and employees, ensuring they are delivered at the appropriate time in a professional manner
5. Deliver guest messages and other deliveries immediately without delay in a professional manner
6. Make sure the hotel vehicles are clean, tidy and maintain

7. Handle Airport Pickup and drop and other guest trips.
