Ensure the prompt and efficient handling of all guest luggage on arrival, during stay, departure and the luggage store, as well as ensure safety and security of guest luggage.
- Assure that every luggage is covered with a baggage claim tag.
- Parking of guests and visitors vehicles in the designated hotel parking area.
- Resolve guests complaints/ requests and liaise with the department concerned to ensure immediate follow-up.
- Handle issuance of guest room key cards and ensure effective control for guest security.
- Showing guests to their rooms after check-in and showing them how to use all the utilities in the rooms.
- Report any unusual occurrences or requests to the Concierge desk.
- Assist with transportation arrangements for guests, including calling taxis or arranging for hotel transportation.
- Ensure the security and privacy of guests' belongings and maintain a professional and discreet attitude at all times.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy luggage-clear the local area.
- Fluency in English is required, and knowledge additional is a plus.

**Salary**: BD120.000 - BD180.000 per month
