**Job Title**:Night Auditor**

**Department**: Finance/Operations
**Reports to**: Directors and Main Office

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Nightly Audits**:
Conduct thorough audits of financial transactions, cash flow, and operational processes across all locations during the night shift, ensuring all records and reports are accurate and compliant with company policies.
- **Policy Enforcement**:
Identify and report any staff members who are engaging in theft, fraud, or not adhering to company policies. The Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring that all employees are compliant with organizational procedures and policies.
- **Monitoring Operations**:
Maintain vigilance throughout the night to detect any operational issues or inefficiencies. Ensure that all financial practices are executed correctly, and report any inconsistencies directly to the directors and main office.
- **Confidentiality and Focus**:
Remain entirely focused on job duties, with no deviation from assigned tasks. Socializing with other staff members is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized social interactions will result in disciplinary action or termination.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
Prepare nightly reports that detail financial performance, discrepancies, and any staff violations. These reports will be submitted to the main office and directors for review.
- **Driving Requirements**:
Must possess a valid driving license as travel between locations during the night shift may be required to carry out auditing duties.

As a night auditor, discretion is key. Confidentiality must be maintained at all times when handling sensitive financial and operational data.

**Reporting Structure**:
The Night Auditor will report exclusively to the **main office** and the **directors**, without any intermediate management.

**Work Hours**:
This is a night-shift position, requiring availability throughout the late evening and early morning hours.
