We are looking for chocolate makers (commis) to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing chocolate products such as truffles, ganaches, and molded chocolates
- Tempering chocolate and ensuring quality and consistency
- Decorating finished products with toppings and designs
- Assisting in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies
- Cleaning and sanitizing work areas and equipment
- Assisting in packaging and labeling finished products
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient production
- Following recipes and instructions accurately to ensure product quality

**Requirements**:

- Experience in chocolate making and pastry arts
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Attention to detail in terms of presentation and finishing
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with other members of the kitchen staff

Pay: BD160.000 - BD200.000 per month
