**Job Title: Corporate Lawyer**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Legal Counsel**:

- Provide expert legal advice to the company on various corporate matters.
- Offer guidance on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal compliance in business operations.

**2. Contract Drafting and Review**:

- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including but not limited to, commercial agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.
- Ensure that contracts align with company policies and legal requirements.

**3. Mergers and Acquisitions**:

- Assist in due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
- Draft and review transaction documents and agreements.

**4. Regulatory Compliance**:

- Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations affecting the company.
- Advise the company on regulatory compliance matters and implement compliance programs.

**5. Dispute Resolution**:

- Manage and resolve legal disputes, including litigation when necessary.
- Work with external counsel as needed for dispute resolution.

**6. Corporate Documentation**:

- Draft and review corporate documents, such as resolutions, bylaws, and minutes.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of corporate documents.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor in Law

2. At least 1-2 years of experience practicing corporate law.

3. Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.

4. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

6. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.

**Preferred Skills**:
1. Experience in mergers and acquisitions.

2. Familiarity with Bahrain business laws and regulations.

3. Strong research and legal writing skills.

4. Experience working in a corporate legal department or law firm.

Pay: From BD550.000 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Corporate Law: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Arabic and English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Law license (preferred)
