- Strongly support the coordinator in implementation of KG vision & philosophy
- Be observant and vigilant regarding the need and growth, of each child and update the coordinator regarding the same.
- Manage and implement the day to day academic functioning in the designated classroom.
- Effectively coordinate with the co-teacher to ensure smooth classroom functioning
- Attend regular curriculum workshops
- Adhere to the code of conduct as specified by KG
- Arrivals & dispersals of Children are safe & smooth
- All communication written or verbal received from Parent is communicated to the coordinator at the earliest
- Implementation of special needs guidelines sent
- Read and understand the Billabox, ensure clarifications of doubts prior to implementation.
- Participate in centre specific promotional events whenever required.
- Maintaining Classroom documentation as inducted by the Coordinator
- To keep up the team spirit at all times amongst the students and fellow Teachers.
- Ensure all company values are understood and practiced.
- Attending workshops and meeting conducted by the KK Team / Principal/ Coordinator.

**EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**
- Bachelor of Education or Early Childhood Education or Montessori Certification
- At least 2 year of experience of assisting School

**ROLE - **To support the Main Teacher in effectively and efficiently executing the administrative functions in the class.

**REPORTING** - The Professional will report directly to the Main Teacher

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To support the Main Teacher in the implementation of Kindergarten vision & philosophy
- Assist in preparing the learning environment, setting up interest centers, and organizing essential resources.
- Assist in managing the day to day academic functions of the class.
- Assist the Main Teacher in the effective implementation of the Guidelines sent by centre on Special Needs at the class.
- Assist the Main Teacher in creating a safe and secure physical and mental environment for all children in the class.
- Actively participate and assist the Main Teacher in the planning, organization and execution of special days and events of the class.
- Actively participate and assist the Main Teacher in the planning and execution of Centre specific promotional events.
- Assist the Main Teacher in developing and maintaining a professional and cordial relationship with parents.
- Attend all staff meetings, training programmes and skill enhancement workshops scheduled by the centre for Assistant Teachers.
- Maintain professional attitude in school at all times.
- Undertake other duties as directed by the Coordinator / Main teacher
- To keep up the team spirit at all times and be an active team player.

**Highly Desirable**
- At least 1year of experience of teaching
- Graduate / ECCE.

**Mandatory for both the positions-**
- Good command over the English language
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Amicable personality and a love for children
- Absolute belief and support of KG values

Ability to commute/relocate:
