**Job Title**: Senior Recruitment Consultant
**Location**: Bahrain
**Coverage**: GCC Region (Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman)

**About the Role**
We are seeking an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead recruitment efforts across the GCC from our Bahrain office. This role is ideal for someone with demonstrated expertise in any of the following industries: Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, IT, Finance, or Teaching. The position requires a deep understanding of sourcing both expatriate and local talent in the GCC region. Additionally, the role includes supporting the set-up and development of the Bahrain office, with the potential to lead and expand a team of consultants as the organization grows.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Client Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships across selected sectors, gaining insight into hiring needs and business goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing clients with tailored recruitment strategies and deep industry insights specific to the GCC market.
- Source, screen, and place top talent in the chosen industry, building a robust pipeline of qualified expatriate and local professionals.

**Office Development**:

- Support the setup and establishment of the Bahrain office, contributing to its market presence and reputation in recruitment across the GCC.
- Collaborate with leadership to devise client acquisition and market expansion strategies.

**Team Leadership & Growth**:

- Mentor and guide junior consultants, laying the groundwork for a high-performing recruitment team aligned with company objectives.
- Promote a culture of learning and collaboration to support ongoing team and individual growth.

**Market Knowledge & Development**:

- Keep informed on GCC employment laws, market conditions, and recruitment trends, ensuring compliance and strategic advantage.
- Adjust recruitment strategies to reflect regional dynamics, offering clients competitive and informed hiring solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ recruitment experience, with proven success in the GCC region.
- Expertise in one or more of the following industries: Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, IT, Finance, or Teaching.
- Knowledge of recruiting both expatriate and local talent in the GCC, with an understanding of regional employment practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with enthusiasm for helping establish a new office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; relevant recruitment certifications are advantageous.
