**Job Title**: Operations Coordinator
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Service Management**:
- Ensure high-quality customer service standards are maintained at all times.
**2. Delivery Schedule Management**:
- Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders to customers.
- Communicate delivery schedules with the delivery team and monitor delivery performance.
**3. Catering Setup Supervision**:
- Supervise catering setups to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure smooth execution of catering events.
**4. Manpower Allocation**:
- Allocate manpower effectively to meet operational requirements.
- Create and maintain employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts and events.
**5. Basic Accounting and Bookkeeping**:
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in preparing financial reports.
**6. Record Keeping and Inventory Management**:
- Maintain detailed records of orders, bookings, deliveries, and inventory levels.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
**7. ERP System Utilization**:
- Utilize ERP system to record and track orders, inventory, and financial transactions.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in operations coordination preferably within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, preferably with prior experience in ERP system management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
