**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Fabrication**:
1. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

2. Cut, bend, and shape steel materials.

3. Assemble and fabricate steel components (staircase railings, balcony, car shades, sliding gates).

**Welding**:
1. Perform MIG, TIG, ARC, and other welding techniques.

2. Ensure weld quality, strength, and aesthetics.

**General**:
1. Maintain a safe working environment.

2. Operate machinery and equipment safely.

3. Collaborate with colleagues.

4. Meet project deadlines.

5. Inspect work for quality.

**Requirements**:
1. 2+ years of steel fabrication and welding experience.

2. High school diploma or equivalent.

3. Welding certifications (e.g., AWS, ASME).

4. Knowledge of steel properties, safety protocols, and quality control.

5. Physical stamina.

6. GCC, Singapore, or Malaysia experience preferred.

**Preferred Experience**:
1. Staircase railing fabrication.

2. Balcony and car shade construction.

3. Sliding gate fabrication.
