**WHAT TO EXPECT**

Reporting directly to the Area Sales Manager, we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Engineer to be based in our Hidd - Bahrain office. In this role, you will lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between Gates and customers which are strategic or nationally/locally important. You will proactively identify solutions and develop processes that add value to our customers.

A sales and service mindset is an outlook that focuses on creating customer trust, value, and loyalty and hence we are looking for somebody with a proven track record of being a go-getter who understands how to partner and collaborate with the business. We need someone who can influence, is result-driven, and a strong commercial acumen skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collect enquires from the customer with all relevant information to able to send a quote to the client.
- Provide good Interface between the company & client for all required information
- Prepare quotations, requested by HOD and Sales Managers

**ABOUT YOU**
- You should have an Engineering Degree (Preferably Mechanical)
- Minimum 3 - 6 years of experience local sales experience
- Ability to plan, schedule and prioritize the activities.
- Experience in managing a customer account and project management.
- Must have strong selling skills: previous experience highly preferred.
- Willingness to work a flexible work schedule.
- Experience in communicating with a variety of groups/customers at different knowledge levels; strong presentation skills
- Knowledge of customer in the area with product & service requirement
