**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Finance Department:

- Assist in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Monitor financial performance, identify discrepancies, and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial records.
- Support in managing cash flow and financial transactions, including invoicing and payments.
- Analyze financial statements to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

2. Sales:

- Support sales teams by providing necessary information for sales strategies and objectives.
- Assist in the development of sales plans, monitoring performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to help drive sales decisions and optimize profitability.
- Maintain customer relationships and address issues as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention.

3. Project Management:

- Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the defined scope, budget, and timeline.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Coordinate resources, materials, and teams across various departments to ensure successful project completion.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
- Support the project management team in managing contracts, timelines, and deliverables.

4. Manufacturing Field:

- Oversee and improve manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with the production team to monitor inventory levels, production schedules, and machine maintenance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in manufacturing to reduce costs and increase productivity.
- Assist in coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.

**Qualifications**:
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Ø At least 5 + years of experience in finance, sales, project management, or manufacturing roles.

Ø Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Ø Knowledge of manufacturing processes, project management methodologies, and sales strategies.

Ø Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Ø Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Ø Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ø Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

**Preferred Skills**:
Ø Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Ø Project Management certification (e.g., PMP).

Ø Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing software.
