**PURPOSE**

To assist Operations Manager that the Children Entertainment Area is run in a professional business manner.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Acts in the Department’s Head absence
- Monitor staff attendance, sick leave and vacation leave forms
- Draft monthly employees’ schedule
- Supervise birthday parties and other events including school bookings and birthday parties (Organize and Host)
- Ensure safety and Security of all staff and customers
- To assist the operation and the technical manager to ensure that the building, fixture and fittings are kept clean and safe and in good repair at all times
- Ensuring staffing is at adequate levels to suit business throughout all hours of operation
- To do everything possible to ensure that the levels of customer service and interaction are kept to the highest levels throughout all hours of operation
- To set the correct example to all staff
- To tightly control and report to the operation manager all cash issues and ensure that all daily takings are checked, logged, reported, banked and double-checked.
- To fill the quieter periods of operation with scheduled events and promotions to increase the footfall in these quiet periods
- Assist the Technical Manager whenever required
- To provide 24-hour support to all employees of the Children Entertainment Area and to deal with all potentially difficult situations that may arise under the Operation Manager Supervision
- Assist the Operation Manager to oversee all orders, supplies and deliveries and maintain direct contact with all suppliers.
- Plan, review and execute Marketing Plans for the Children Entertainment Area

**QUALIFICATION**
- EDUCATION:
Bachelors Degree in relevant field and/or equivalent professional certification
- EXPERIENCE:
3-4 Years Professional Experience

- Ability to stay calm under high levels of pressure or in emergency situations
- Must be trustworthy and able to keep confidential/sensitive information to self
- Strong communications skills and ability to communicate ideas

- PC Literate
- Excellent analytical and creative thinking, can-do attitude and initiative to seek out answers
- Efficient and accurate in record keeping and administration

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
