Electrical Foreman

**Responsibilities**:
1. Project Management: Oversee and manage all electrical aspects of interior fit-out projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution of electrical works.

2. Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of electricians, ensuring that work is carried out to the highest standards and within the project timeline.

3. Installation and Wiring: Coordinate and oversee the installation and wiring of electrical systems, including lighting, power outlets, switches, and communication outlets.

4. Equipment and Material: Coordinate with procurement to ensure the availability of necessary equipment, tools, and materials for electrical installations.

5. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and checks to ensure that electrical installations comply with design, specifications, and industry standards.

6. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Identify and troubleshoot electrical issues or malfunctions, and implement necessary repairs or maintenance as required.

7. Safety Compliance: Ensure that all electrical installations are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Several years of experience as an Electrical Foreman, preferably in the interior fit-out industry.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
- Experience in installing and wiring lighting, power outlets, switches, and communication outlets.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and drawings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Familiarity with Bahrain's construction codes and regulations is a plus.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

**Salary**: Up to BD200.000 per month

- Manama: Relocate before starting work (required)
