**We are** currently looking for **Business Analyst** for one of its clients which is a leading Organization in **Bahrain** with the following terms and conditions.

**REQUIREMENTS**

1. BSc in Computer Science or relevant field.
2. Minimum two years’ experience as Business Analyst is required.
3. Product Owner / Business Analyst certification is preferred.
4. OutSystems Associate Reactive Developer / Delivery Specialist is required.
5. Ability to communicate and articulate clearly to seek resolution of project issues.
6. Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing timelines and expectations, and producing high quality deliverables (programs, documentation).
7. Good team player, responsible and conscientious.
8. Excellent project management, coordination and organization skills.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Propose and design solution to meet the business needs. Ensure a fully integrated system to meet the business needs within the stipulated timeframe and allocated resources.
2. Responsible for ensuring the proposed solution is aligned with the overall architecture design.
3. Run workshops; facilitate group discussions for requirement gathering, design and solutioning.
4. Propose solutions to fulfil business requirements and recommend potential areas for streamlining.
5. Document the business process flow using the tool identified for the project and ensure compliance of the rules and requirements.
6. Design, document and develop programs according to functional specifications received and ensure the developed programs fulfil the business requirements.
7. Plan, identify, define and conduct System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test to ensure the proposed solution fulfil the business requirements.
8. Plan and define the data migration requirements as well as oversee the successful completion of the data migration activities to enable system implementation.
9. Ensure programs developed pass the required vulnerability assessments and code quality inspections.
10. Deliver all project documentations defined for the projects that mínimally includes design specifications, program specifications, test cases, training materials, cutover execution plan and data migration specification.
11. Provide on-site support where necessary.
13. Ensure the quality of the deliverables.
14. Participate in any quality assurance activities and resolve any risks or areas for improvement identified.
15. Perform risk management which includes identification; provide mitigation solutions and management for risks.
16. Responsible to perform impact assessment on change requests, design and present solution to users, test and implement the solution to meet requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
17. Review and troubleshoot reported cases and work with the internal/external teams to develop solution that will ensure integrity of the system and meet the business needs within the stipulated timeframe.
