Capita Technologies is looking for a Senior SharePoint Developer with a proven track record of over 9 years in successfully leading and optimizing operations in dynamic environments.

To ensure success as a SharePoint developer, you should have extensive knowledge of SharePoint and MS Office software, proficiency with front-end programming languages, and the ability to solve complex software issues. Ultimately, a top-class SharePoint developer can create clean, scalable SharePoint websites that meet all company design and functionality requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Undertaking case/ system study and gathering specific requirements from the client
- Formulating project plans, defining scope & estimates, tracking project progress, and ensuring implementation of project plans within pre-set budgets and deadlines (as per Best Practice guidelines)
- Planning, scheduling and handling Offshore Delivery Management for technical deliverables of concurrent projects. Driving efforts for outsourcing development activities and setting up remote development environment, in line with the onsite technical environment
- Defining escalation/ response/ resolution time for reported problems based on criticality
- Mentoring team members. Deploying them based on their skill levels, monitoring their performance and supporting their development through regular training
- Serving as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for supporting client on various project and technical issues
- Undertaking resource requirement analysis, both for software and manpower
- Managing all phases of the SDLC including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, troubleshooting, debugging, implementation and UAT
- Setting tasks and development goals.
- Configuring the company SharePoint systems to specified requirements.
- Developing new web components using XML,.NET, SQL, and C#.
- Testing and debugging code.
- Reviewing website interface and software stability.
- Troubleshooting software issues.

**Requirements and skills**
- Previously worked in a similar role as a SharePoint Developer
- Proven work experience for over 9 years as a SharePoint Developer.
- Superior track record in steering end-to-end project management activities encompassing planning, design, resource administration, estimation, scoping, contingency planning, business analysis & delivery.
- Deft in providing effective resolution to customer queries improving relationships with the client by anticipating their future requirements, thereby ensuring a positive experience.
- An effective leader with proven abilities in leading teams during the project phase and guiding & enabling knowledge sharing among members.
- Proven record of analyzing processes & workflows, assessing their efficacy, relating to business plans & goals, and suggesting re-engineering/simplification solutions
- Technical expertise includes SharePoint2016/2019/2013/2010/2007, Office365, Power apps/Power automate/SPFX/SharePoint Designer 2007/2010/2013, Fast Search, Microsoft search, Microsoft 365, Azure
- C#.Net, Asp.net, React Js, TypeScript, Angular 8 JS, Node Js, html, JavaScript, Rest API
- SharePoint 2013/2010/2016, Moss 2007, Office 365/SharePoint online, power apps, MS flow, power bi, Amazon Web Service(AWS), power automate, Google Cloud platform, Azure, SharePoint Framework
- SQL Server 2005/2008/2012/2014, Mongo DB
