**What You'll Do**:

- Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and specialty beverages.
- Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils and equipment.
- Cleaning service and seating areas.
- Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers.
- Servicing customers and taking orders
- Processing discounts and coupons
- Completing any return transactions
- Closing or cashing out the register at the end of the day
- Processing payments and providing change and receipts

**Who Are We Looking For?**:

- Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred.
- Ability to converse in Arabic will be an added advantage.
- Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation.
- Exceptional listening and communication skills.
- You must be someone who leads by example, you don’t fold under pressure. In fact, you thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Understand the importance of maintaining high standards of product quality and cleanliness.
- You must be an achiever through team work.
