**Logistics & Operations Coordinator**

Getdoobi is an on-demand platform that provides an intuitive and simplified Laundry and Dry Cleaning experience.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Logistics & Operations Coordinator to help and support the team in optimizing logistics and achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction.

**Main Responsibilities**
- To Maintain the day-to-day coordination and optimization of logistics, in accordance to delivery and laundry facility schedules, CX and business requirements.
- Monitor tracking progress and set up a formal line of communication with management
- Assure that drivers are maintaining the highest standard and provide ongoing training.
- Route and optimize daily deliveries to guarantee the driver reached all destinations at the scheduled time using technology
- Record daily work assignments and maintain daily attendance files for all drivers and helpers
- Drivers monitoring and support.
- Shaping and automating the process of how we operate and identifying opportunities for improvement and higher efficiency.
- Ensure deliveries are picked up on time by having drivers arrive on time and in different time slots
- Create delivery zones and assign drivers with a continuous focus on expanding the delivery coverage within the region.
- Monitor and document the drivers attitude with customers & implement code of conduct as needed
- Record daily work assignments and maintain daily attendance files for all drivers and helpers
- Maintain a zero error delivery accuracy with the delivery team
- Respond promptly to the CX team to ensure all customers requests are fulfilled
- Own and manage performance metrics, to assist in creating analysis with actionable insights.
- Undertake individual tasks of a operations plan as assigned
- Liaise with external vendors

Strong knowledge of the Bahraini and the GCC market

Well-organized and detail-oriented

Must have great record-keeping abilities and a customer-oriented approach

Familiar with optimizing driver's routes by leveraging strategic thinking and best in-class technology

Able to communicate fluently in English and well in Arabic

Must be proficient with Microsoft office tools

Experience in customer service will be appreciated

Ability to work independently and track multiple processes

Previous proven experience in logistics or similar position is a must

Good analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Experience working in a high-stress environment.

**Salary**: BD300.000 - BD400.000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
