We're looking for a Head Waitress for new opening Restaurant in Lusail, Qatar
- Preferably Eastern European, Latin-American
- at least 2 years experience in similar position is a must
- leading a multinational team of servers and waitresses.
- Execute opening and closing procedures
- Supervise the work of staff on different shifts
- Inspect table settings, Ensure tableware is ready for use
- Handle guest complaints
- Manage restaurant service daily operation.
- Maintain relationship with customers
- Measure customer feedback
- Maximize sales revenues, Control of expenses
- Coach employees, Train employees
- Salary is negotiable

- 21 days vacation, 7 days holiday per year

**Salary**: BD310.000 - BD520.000 per month
