- Performs preventive maintenance schedule as specified in the plan.
- To paint, polish or spray paint wooden furniture wooden pergolas, steel cabinet as required.
- Check and report the painting / polishing material requirement.
- Prepares properly all surfaces prior to painting or papering.
- Performs any other duties asked by the Supervisor.
