We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Supervisor to oversee our restaurant branch operations. The Branch supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving financial targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant branch
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available
- Implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer traffic
- Train and supervise staff, ensuring they deliver excellent customer service
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers.
- Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the restaurant

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
