CNC Machine Operator

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and overseeing multiple machines, including a CNC Router Machine, 3D Letter Bending Machine, and Laser Machine. Proficiency in machine programming software, Like ArtCAM, is mandatory for this role. Additionally, a background in design is preferred to effectively carry out the responsibilities of this position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor CNC Router, 3D Letter Bending, and Laser Machines to ensure efficient and accurate production processes.
- Set up and prepare machines for operation, including loading materials, tooling, and fixtures.
- Program machine parameters using software such as ArtCAM to achieve desired designs and specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to design specifications, making necessary adjustments as required.
- Collaborate with the design team to review and interpret design drawings, ensuring proper execution during the manufacturing process.
- Monitor and control machine operations, making real-time adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and machine efficiency.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Document production data, including material usage, machine performance, and any issues encountered during the process.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and technologies related to machine operation and design.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Machine Operator, preferably working with CNC Router, 3D Letter Bending, and Laser Machines.
- Proficiency in machine programming software, with a strong emphasis on ArtCAM.
- Knowledge of design principles and ability to interpret design drawings.
- Familiarity with materials commonly used in the manufacturing industry, such as wood, metal, and acrylic.
- Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work within specified tolerances.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make real-time adjustments to optimize machine performance.
- Effective time management and organizational skills to meet production deadlines.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
