**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience working with close control air conditioning systems, preferably in critical environments.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems related to air conditioning. Proven experience working with inert gas and FM-200 fire suppression systems.
- In-depth knowledge of NFPA 2001 standards and other applicable codes for gas-based suppression systems.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with hands-on experience in system maintenance and repair.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and system manuals.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with safety standards and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

**Responsibilities**: The Close Control Air Conditioning (CCU) Technician/Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CCU systems, primarily used in data centres, server rooms, and other critical environments requiring precise temperature and humidity control. This role ensures that the cooling systems operate efficiently and reliably to maintain the required environmental conditions. For Fire Suppression Engineer is responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and repair of fire suppression systems, including inert gas systems. and FM-200 (HFC-227ea) systems. This role ensures that these advanced suppression systems are fully compliant with industry standards, effectively protecting critical environments such as data centers, server rooms, and high-value facilities.
